To link your IHI details to your Thrive Rx account using Medicare, your full name, date of birth, sex and Medicare number must exactly match what's on your Medicare account.
Troubleshooting tip: If you're having issues linking your IHI, this is usually because there is a previous address on your HI account. Try updating your home address to a previous address on your Thrive Rx account. To check if it's worked, go back and attempt to book your appointment β this should now be available.
Check your Medicare details
If you have a valid Medicare card, you can check your Medicare details by logging into your MyGov account:
Go to Medicare under linked services.
Go to My details and click Update now.
Confirm your full name and date of birth in your Medicare personal details are correct and exactly match the Medicare details in your Thrive Rx account.
Update your Medicare details in your Thrive Rx account
Go to your Thrive Rx account settings.
Navigate to the Medicare details tab.
Update your Medicare number and individual reference number as per your Medicare details.
Click Save.
