How It Works
Thrive Rx follows a structured, clinician-led process designed to give you a clear picture of your health and a personalised plan to improve it:
Choose your membership tier — Select the level of testing and clinical support that suits your goals. Each tier includes telehealth consultations, pathology panels, and biomarker tracking.
Complete your health profile — Fill in a comprehensive health questionnaire covering your medical history, current medications, lifestyle, and health goals.
Pathology testing — Attend a blood collection at one of our partner pathology labs. Your results are analysed and uploaded to your personal biomarker dashboard.
Telehealth consultation — Meet with your Thrive Rx clinician via telehealth. Together, you'll review your results, discuss your goals, and develop a personalised care plan.
Ongoing monitoring — Your health is tracked over time through regular questionnaires, follow-up consultations, and repeat pathology at clinically appropriate intervals.

Clinical Governance and Safety
Your safety is our priority. All Thrive Rx clinicians are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Our clinical protocols are evidence-based, and any prescribing decisions are made only when clinically appropriate and supported by your pathology results.
If a treatment involves a compounded or off-label medication, your clinician will explain the rationale, potential risks, and obtain your informed consent before proceeding. All medications are dispensed by Australian pharmacies that comply with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) requirements.
