Setting up your Thrive Rx account takes just a few minutes. Here's a step-by-step guide to getting started.

Step 1: Visit the Thrive Rx Website

Go to thriverx.com.au and select the option to get started or sign up. You'll be guided through the registration process from there.

Step 2: Create Your Account

You'll need to provide:

  • Your full name

  • Your email address (this will be your login)

  • A secure password

  • Your date of birth

  • A contact phone number

Step 3: Verify Your Identity

As a clinician-led health service, Thrive Rx needs to confirm your identity before you can access clinical care. You may be asked to provide identification as part of the signup process. This is a standard requirement for telehealth services in Australia and helps protect your health records.

Step 4: Complete Your Health Questionnaire

Once your account is set up, you'll be asked to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire. This covers your medical history, current medications, lifestyle factors, and health goals. This information is essential for your clinician to provide personalised care.
