Payment Methods and Billing Cycle

How billing works at Thrive Rx — accepted payment methods, when you're charged, how to view invoices, and how to update your payment details.

Updated today

Here's everything you need to know about how Thrive Rx billing works, what payment methods we accept, and how to manage your account.

Accepted Payment Methods

Thrive Rx accepts the following payment methods for membership fees and medication costs:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Google Pay

All payments are processed securely. Your payment details are encrypted and stored in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Billing Cycle

Your membership fee is billed on a recurring basis aligned with your signup date. For example, if you signed up on the 15th of the month, your billing date will be the 15th of each subsequent billing period.

You'll receive a notification before each billing cycle, and a receipt after payment is processed.

What Your Membership Fee Covers

Your membership fee covers your clinical care, including:

  • Telehealth consultations with your AHPRA-registered clinician

  • Pathology testing included in your tier

  • Biomarker dashboard access

  • Your personalised care plan

  • Structured follow-up and clinical reviews

Medication costs and delivery fees are billed separately when applicable. For details, see How Much Does Medication Cost?

Viewing Your Invoices

You can view your billing history and download invoices through the Thrive Rx platform. Each invoice includes a breakdown of charges so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

If you need a specific invoice for tax, insurance, or record-keeping purposes, contact our support team and we'll assist you.

Updating Your Payment Details

You can update your payment method at any time through the Thrive Rx platform. Navigate to your account settings and follow the prompts to add or change your card details.

If your card expires or a payment fails, we'll notify you and provide a grace period to update your details before any disruption to your service.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to process it again and notify you by email. If the issue isn't resolved within the grace period, your account may be paused until payment is updated. Your clinical records and data will be retained — you won't lose your history.

Questions About Billing

If you have a billing query, notice an unexpected charge, or need help with your payment setup, contact our support team. We aim to resolve billing questions quickly and transparently.
