Your Thrive Rx membership is designed to give you a complete, clinician-led health optimisation experience. Here's a detailed look at what's included.
Telehealth Consultations
Every membership includes consultations with an AHPRA-registered Thrive Rx clinician. These are conducted via our secure telehealth platform and cover:
Review and interpretation of your pathology results
Discussion of your health goals and areas of focus
Development and adjustment of your personalised care plan
Prescribing decisions, where clinically appropriate
The number and frequency of consultations varies by annual or bi-annual tier selection. All tiers include an initial consultation and structured clinical reviews at regular intervals.
Pathology Testing
Each membership includes pathology panels conducted at one of our partner labs across Australia. Your pathology is ordered by your Thrive Rx clinician and the cost is included in your membership fee — there is no additional out-of-pocket cost for included tests.
The specific biomarkers tested depend on your membership tier. All tiers cover core metabolic and hormonal markers, with higher tiers including more comprehensive panels.
Biomarker Dashboard
All members have access to a personal biomarker dashboard within the Thrive Rx platform. The dashboard allows you to:
View your current pathology results in an easy-to-understand format
Track changes in your biomarkers over time
See where your results sit within reference ranges
Access your historical data across all testing cycles
Personalised Care Plan
Following your consultation, your clinician will provide a personalised care plan that may include:
A summary of your key biomarker findings
Lifestyle and nutritional recommendations
Details of any prescribed treatments, including dosage and administration
Your monitoring schedule and next review date
Your care plan is available in the Thrive Rx platform and is updated after each clinical review.
Structured Follow-Up
Your membership includes a structured monitoring cadence to ensure your health is being tracked over time:
Check-in questionnaires — Short questionnaires at 4 and 8 weeks to track how you're feeling and flag any concerns.
Clinical reviews — Scheduled telehealth consultations (typically at 12 weeks) to formally review your progress and adjust your plan.
Repeat pathology — Follow-up blood tests at clinically appropriate intervals (typically 6 months) to objectively measure changes.
Clinician Access Between Appointments
If you have a clinical concern between scheduled reviews, you can contact your Thrive Rx clinician. You don't need to wait for your next appointment to raise something that's bothering you.
For urgent or life-threatening situations, always call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.
What's Not Included
To keep things transparent, here's what falls outside your membership fee:
Medication costs — If your clinician prescribes medication, the cost of the medication itself is separate from your membership fee. See How Much Does Medication Cost? for details.
Additional pathology — If your clinician recommends tests beyond your tier's included panels, any additional costs will be discussed with you in advance.
External referrals — If you're referred to a GP or specialist outside Thrive Rx, those consultations are managed and billed separately.
Thrive Rx provides clinician-led health optimisation services. All clinical decisions are made by AHPRA-registered practitioners. Thrive Rx does not provide emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 immediately.
